you will note that we do not display prices on the website. this is simply because of the nature of our business. there are so many variables, such as timings, distances, multiple amusements being booked, supervision, etc that there is often no fixed price per hire. please call, or send an email, and we will confirm the price depending on your personal requirements, please add the hire times and where your event is to be held

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SUPERVISED/CORPORATE HIRES

      
  One you have decided which entertainment or inflatable you would like, telephone us on 01234  826549 and our events team will be able to help you and check availability, cost and anything else you may need.  
   
  Our office hours are: 9am till 9pm monday to fridays,  weekends or out of office hours try our mobile number 07889  429273, although at busy times our answering service will be switched on, but we will endeavour to get back to asap.

 

  
  CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING  
  if the games, entertainments, activities or Inflatables you require are available, we will hold your booking for 7 days  
  a booking contract will  be sent to you, one copy for your records and one to sign and return to F.S.Entertainments Ltd. Please Note: we only hold bookings for 7 days.

 

  
  the contract needs to be checked and signed, then returned to with a deposit to confirm your booking.  
  the signed booking contract must be received within the period agreed, 7 days, otherwise the  booking will be cancelled. Bookings for events within less than 14 days will require full payment when returning the contract.

 

  
  a booking is not confirmed by us, until we receive the signed contract and the deposit. at the top of the contract will be a reference number, which must be quoted on all correspondence

  FINAL PAYMENT: remaining payment is required 7 working days prior to the actual event date unless otherwise agreed.  
                     
  AMENDED/CANCELLED BOOKINGS:  all amendments to bookings must be negotiated through F.S.Entertainments Ltd and confirmed in writing. cancelling an event, inflatable or any other activity will be subject to the following terms:  
                     
  more than 60 days before the event start date

25% of events cost

    
                     
  30 to 60 days before the before the event start date

50% of events cost

    
                     
  less than 30 days before the before the event start date

100% of events cost

    
                     
  all deposits will be held against cancellation charges  
                     
  PUBLIC LIABILITY              
  F.S.Entertainments Ltd hold public liability insurance for accidents caused by our negligence or equipment failure. all participants use the equipment or take part in games and activities supplied  at their own risk.

PLEASE NOTE: Quads & Go-Karts: Due to the nature of mechanical appliance we cannot always guarantee the running of these items. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS: As we cannot guarantee weather conditions we would recommend that the client takes out event insurance to cover their event. We reserve the right not to operate or to close down any activities if we deem them unsafe due to bad weather conditions. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.

SITE LOCATION, FACILITIES & CONDUCT

Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded.

The company reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable by our delivery personnel or if the client has failed to notify the company of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the installation site. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.

The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of event, during & after the event.

The company reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. At no time will any level of abuse against our staff be tolerated. In all such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the company.

If the client wishes to charge their guests to use the equipment, they must provide a person to do so. At no time will our staff apart from dealing with the contract balance handle any other monies on the event.  

All prices quoted (unless stated on quote) will be priced for connection to an electric supply.  25mts, normal 3 pin plug/13amp.

INSURANCE & SAFETY:  All equipment supplied by F S Entertainments Limited is covered by Full Employers & £5M Public Liability Insurance. (Conditions apply relating to supervision of equipment; please contact us for further information)

All equipment is rigorously maintained, tested and serviced.

Risk Assessments are available for all equipment on request.
All our staff are polite, friendly, trained and wear our smart company clothing. (unbranded clothing is available on request for promotional, agency & sub contract work)

Please Note: As we are constantly changing and upgrading our equipment the colours/style/sizes may vary to those displayed on website.

all inflatable will need access to a 13amp power supply or a 2kva power supply, if no electricity is available a petrol blower can be hired from us.

The Bull or Multi Ride will require a 5kva generator if no electricity is available. complimentary cover & lights available for the rodeo bull on request.
